Parker attended the 2021 Kohls Texas Winter Showcase. He also had a big ball during the kickoff charting of 58 yards with a hang time of 3.95. He showed exciting flashes throughout camp, displaying excellent body control throughout the field goal drill work and kickoff sessions, while showing exciting ball striking abilities as a punter, his best of the day being 42 yards with a hang time of 3.21 seconds. His consistency of his ball/foot contact is excellent, and he creates controlled rotation on his kicks. He has excellent rhythm on his kicks and he has the ability to be one of the better prospects in his class.
